1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of acceltor.net and the services provided by Acceltor Ltd ("Acceltor", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16541684), registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Our services
We provide AI automation, AI agents, web and app development, design, and digital marketing services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed with you in writing, in a quote, proposal or order, before work starts. Where these Terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement applies.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, feedback, content and account access when we need it.
- Make sure you have the rights to any content, logos, images or data you give us to use.
- Review and approve work within a reasonable time. Delays in feedback or materials may move the delivery date.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices on our website are in US dollars and may change. The price in your accepted quote is the price you pay.
- PayPal is our primary payment processor, and transactions are encrypted and secure. Clients pay PayPal transaction fees unless otherwise agreed.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. Usage beyond your plan's included allowance is billed as stated in your plan.
- We may pause work on a project if an invoice is overdue.
5. AI agents and automations
AI agents and automations work within the instructions and limits agreed with you, but AI can occasionally make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing how your agents are used with your customers and for complying with laws that apply to your business, such as rules on call recording, consent and marketing messages. Third party platforms we build on, such as calling, messaging and AI providers, are subject to their own terms and availability.
6. Geographic scope
Our services are available to clients worldwide. You are responsible for complying with the local laws that apply to you and your use of our services.
7. Intellectual property
Delivered content, designs and code remain Acceltor's property until full payment is received. Once paid in full, ownership passes to you unless otherwise stated in writing. We keep ownership of our own pre existing tools and know how, and you receive the rights needed to use them as part of your deliverables. Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your project. We sign a non disclosure agreement on request.
9. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
Acceltor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end our services if you breach these Terms. Either party may end a project in writing; you pay for work completed up to that point.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
