1. Who we are

Acceltor Ltd ("Acceltor", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16541684) with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through acceltor.net and through our services.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Contact details such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and company name, when you fill in our enquiry form, book a call or email us.
• Project details you share with us, such as the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message.
• Payment details when you pay an invoice. Payments are processed by PayPal and other payment providers; we do not store full card details.
• Information and files you share with us during a project, including access to accounts and tools we need to deliver the work.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, and non personal usage data through cookies and analytics tools.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To deliver, support and improve the services you buy from us.
• To process payments and keep accounting records.
• To protect our website from spam and abuse, for example by limiting repeated form submissions.
• To improve our website and your experience of it.
• To send you offers, updates and project progress, but only where you have agreed to receive them.

Our legal bases are: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent for marketing.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, including:

• PayPal and other payment processors, to take payments.
• Calendly, if you book a call through our booking link.
• Our website hosting and email providers, to receive and store enquiries.
• Tools we use to deliver your project, where needed and as agreed with you.

These providers may only use your data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Third party content on our website

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts and animation code from Cloudflare's content network, which means your browser connects to those services and shares your IP address with them. Links to other websites, such as Calendly, Upwork, LinkedIn and Instagram, are covered by those websites' own privacy policies.

6. International transfers

Our team works remotely across several countries, and your data may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own. Where this happens, we take steps to make sure your data is protected in line with UK GDPR and other applicable laws.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project and payment records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations. When we no longer need your data, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Data security

We store data on secure platforms and limit access to the people who need it to work on your project. Payment information is handled by PayPal on its PCI compliant systems. We sign a non disclosure agreement on request.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Object to or restrict how we use your data.
• Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent and opt out of marketing emails at any time.
