Padraig Nash is a learning design consultant with over 25 years of experience in education, instructional design, and EdTech. He holds a PhD in Learning Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has worked with companies including Amplify, Cengage, and Udemy. He needed a professional website to showcase his services, projects, background, and client testimonials in a way that clearly communicated his expertise to organisations and EdTech companies looking to hire a senior learning design consultant.
The client needed a website that was both credible and approachable. His work spans a wide range of services including instructional design, learning product development, assessment strategy, learning analytics, research, and culture building. The site had to present all of that clearly without feeling overwhelming. He also needed a logo that matched the professional tone of the site, and the whole project had to be completed across two milestones with a fast turnaround.
We designed and developed the full Padraig Nash website in WordPress, working from a custom Figma design created for this project. The site was built around a clean, content-led layout with strong typographic hierarchy and a calm, professional colour palette. Key sections include an about section, a services overview, a projects portfolio, testimonials from senior figures at organisations like McGraw Hill, Grammarly, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a clear contact CTA. The logo was also designed and reviewed as part of the first milestone before development began.
