Refund Policy

1. Service-Based Nature

Due to the customized nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has commenced or been delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed

  • There was a technical error or duplicate payment

  • A mutual cancellation was agreed upon before work started

3. Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of service delivery

  • Email: billing@acceltor.net

  • Include proof of payment and reason for the request

We aim to process valid refunds within 5-10 business days, depending on PayPal’s processing time.

4. No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind after project commencement

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g. missed feedback or assets)

  • Services already rendered and approved
